I’m based in Adelaide, South Australia, where I do all the 3D modelling, printing, testing, and assembly myself. Every puzzle is designed and built here, with my one slightly broken laptop for the design and modelling, and a small garage as my workshop. All items, including the packaging for the boxes, are crafted in my garage. 

Each puzzle you receive has had time spent ensuring all mechanisms function as they should.

I’m a mechanical engineer who has always been fascinated by problems and the process of solving them. Using my brain to work through challenges has always been a passion of mine, whether it’s designing, building, or thinking critically about how things work.

As a child I made several wooden puzzle boxes out which brought me great joy - I guess this was subtle foreshadowing to the creation of Ace Puzzles. Now, having completed my University degree, I am leveraging the problem-solving and 3D modelling skills I have learnt.

More than anything, I love seeing the joy people experience when they engage with puzzles. Watching someone solve a problem in real time, noticing how each person approaches it differently, and sharing in that sense of discovery is what drives me to create these puzzles. I want to create experiences that spark curiosity, challenge the mind, and bring connection and happiness.
